At Samplize, we want you to feel confident in your color choices; however, because our peel-and-stick samples are produced on-demand to ensure color accuracy, we are unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 30 days for a complimentary replacement.
Return Process

Upon delivery, please check your paint samples for any signs of shipping damage or manufacturing defects.

If there is an issue with your order, email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the damaged samples.
- 3.Review Process
Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 2 business days to verify the discrepancy or damage.
- 4.Receive Replacement
Once approved, we will expedite a replacement shipment to your address at no additional cost to you.
